Garganega, Moscato Bianco.
Vinification:
Spontaneous fermentation in steel of the grapes, that are vinified separately, since the harvesting and maturation time are different. Brief maceration on the skins for three days for all varieties, with delicate fulling.
Refinement:
Part of the wine is placed in concrete tanks, while the rest lies in thorntree barrells. On the first days of May the different masses are jointed into a single steel tank, before the bottling, that happens by the end of May.
